Dingo Hill was named by the explorer John Oxley in 1893 when he sighted a Dingo as he climbed the hill to survey the surrounding area.

This is the Premier monthly competition held at Gailes Golf Club on the second Friday of each month. It is an 18 hole Single Stroke Blue Marker Event and normally attracts a large field of competitors from clubs all over Brisbane.

Entry fee is $20.00 for Members and $25.00 for Non Members and this includes a Steak Burger.

Nearest the Pin on holes 3, 6 and 12 win 1 Carton of Pure Naked Blonde (18 and over).
